Seconded economic and policy expert
Tasks
The secondment at ECSDA is open to all ECSDA members. For a CSD, it offers a possibility to quickly and deeply train an employee in the European policy-making and main areas impacting the entire industry. It may be appropriate to your junior to mid-level employees willing to grow and open up their vision to issues of a pan-European scale. It would be particularly relevant to experts working in the areas of legal, compliance, product, and network management and operational areas where further harmonisation is relevant. The main condition is that the employee should be trained in English writing and already have some knowledge of their CSD. Full-time secondment engagement is preferable, but we can also arrange for a part-time one provided that confidentiality and separation of tasks are duly respected.
